The Devoured is a heavy assault unit of the Sheikah Cadre. It can only be recruited during 
Shadow Stance.

History[]
Once criminals who betrayed the Cadre, the Devoured were tossed into and left to rot in the deepest and darkest dungeons of the Sheikah. There they were driven mad by their own isolation and nightmarish forces that lurked in the depths. Twisted into horrible monstrosities, the Sheikah unleash these foul abominations to silence their enemies when all else fails.

The Devoured were near mindless monsters, difficult to control, and potentially a hazard to the Sheikah's own forces. They were best used by being sent ahead of the Sheikah's main force, where they could ravage enemy armies and minimize damage to their own forces.
